§ 23-16. Implementation of Chapter 159, Part II, Florida Statutes

The City Council of the City of Tavares is hereby authorized to fully implement the provisions of Part II of the Florida Industrial Development Financing Act, which is F.S. Chapter 159, Part II, as amended.
