A Registrant's failure to comply with provisions of these requirements shall constitute
a violation and shall subject the Registrant to the code enforcement provisions and
procedures as provided in City of Tavares Land Development Regulations. In addition,
violation of these Regulations may be punishable as provided in Section 162.22, Florida
Statutes, as it may be amended.
(B)
Failure of the City of Tavares to enforce any requirements shall not constitute a
waiver of the City of Tavares' right to enforce that violation or subsequent violations
of the same type or to seek appropriate enforcement remedies.
