§ 20-68. Purpose, and use of tax.

The excise tax collected by virtue of this division shall be used in partial support of the firefighters' pension fund, which fund shall be created and designated as the municipal firemen's pension trust fund and F.S. Ch. 175 is adopted and made a part hereof.
