§ 3-2. Hours of sale.

(a)

Alcoholic beverages may be sold, consumed, served, or permitted to be served or consumed in any place holding a state alcoholic beverage license beginning at the hour of 7:00 a.m. and ending at the hour of 2:00 a.m. the following morning. No package sales shall be made by any such establishment between the hours of 12:00 mdinight and 2:00 a.m.

(b)

No alcoholic beverages may be sold, consumed, served, or permitted to be served or consumed in any place holding a state alcoholic beverages license at any other time.
