 Chapter 15.5. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT
 Article I. IN GENERAL

§ 15.5-1. Community redevelopment trust.

  • (a)

    Ordinance 95-14.

    (1)

    Established. In accordance with F.S. § 163.387, the community redevelopment agency establishes a community redevelopment trust.

    (2)

    Obligations of the trust. The obligations of the trust will be to implement the City of Tavares Greater Downtown Redevelopment Plan as adopted and amended by the CRA.

    (b)

    Ordinance 2006-24.

    (1)

    Established. In accordance with F.S. § 163.387, the community redevelopment agency establishes a community redevelopment trust.

    (2)

    Obligations of the trust. The trust will be obligated to implement the City of Tavares Greater Downtown Redevelopment Plan Update as adopted and amended by the CRA.

    (3)

    Administration of the trust. The trust will be administered concurrently with "the trust" as established in Ordinance 95-14, providing that trustees as appointed by Ordinance 95-14, will oversee both funds for their duration.
